Our purpose is to promote the study, development, and application of purchasing management and materials management. With this purpose in mind we hold events throughout the year to help strengthen the skills of our members. We are very proud of the BY-SEL Picnic which we hold each year at the beautiful Harris Hill Youth Camp. This event allows us to give several thousand dollars worth of scholarships to the youth of our area.
