For documents in pdf format, you will need Acrobat Reader to view and print the files. 

If you don't have the Reader then click here to go to Adobe's Download page   after you have down loaded and installed the Acrobat Reader then return to this page

If you want to read and print the documents on line then just click on the link and wait for the document to load in your browser. I would suggest that you save the document to your hard drive. You can do that by Right clicking on the link and do a "Save link as", just remember where you saved the document!
